Unations Earn Hard-Fought Road Draw Against Fall River FC

Arop Majak records his first clean sheet of the season as Unations battle to a defensive 0–0 stalemate in UPSL New England Premier action at Britland Park.

FALL RIVER, Mass. – Unations battled to a hard-fought 0–0 draw against Fall River FC on Saturday evening at Britland Park in Fall River, Massachusetts, in UPSL New England Premier action.

In what proved to be a tightly contested and highly defensive matchup, both sides struggled to find clear attacking opportunities throughout the evening. Physical play, organized defending, and disciplined positioning defined much of the contest as neither team was able to break the deadlock.

Unations remained compact defensively and limited Fall River FC’s chances in dangerous areas while continuing to battle for possession in the midfield. The hosts also found it difficult to create meaningful opportunities against a well-structured Unations back line.

Despite a few promising moments going forward for both teams, the match ultimately finished as a stalemate with defenses controlling the tempo from start to finish.

Goalkeeper Arop Majak delivered a strong performance between the posts and secured his first clean sheet of the season as Unations earned an important road point in UPSL New England Premier play.

Unations will now turn their attention to next Saturday’s home matchup against GZS Bridgeport at Morse Field in Worcester, MA as they look to confirm a playoff spot.
