HOLDEN, Mass. – Unations II were defeated 3–0 by Maine Legends on Sunday evening at Stephen Nowak Memorial Field, in a match where first-half mistakes proved decisive.

Maine Legends took control of the game in the opening half, capitalizing on Unations II errors to score twice and establish a 2–0 lead at the break. Despite periods of competitive play, Unations II were unable to recover from the early setbacks.

Looking to respond in the second half, Unations II showed improved intent and pushed forward in search of a way back into the match. However, a further defensive mistake allowed Maine Legends to add a third goal, effectively sealing the result.

Unations II continued to work until the final whistle but were unable to break through the visiting defense as the match finished 3–0 in favor of Maine Legends.

The result marks a difficult evening for Unations II, who will now look to regroup and refocus ahead of their next fixture.
